Agreement & eligibility

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, colors, availability, and other information accurately. Formulas, packaging, and product details may change, and device displays may not reproduce colors exactly. Always review the physical product label, ingredients, warnings, and directions before use.

Orders, pricing & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory limitations, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges are displayed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method supplied for all amounts shown before you submit the order.

Subscriptions & recurring charges

Subscription purchases renew automatically at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. By enrolling, you provide express consent to recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel at any time through the online customer portal or by contacting support before the next order processes. Subscription billing, changes, cancellation, failed payments, and processed orders are governed by our Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Order processing, carrier estimates, tracking, delivered-package concerns, and damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, opened consumable products, our 60-day guarantee, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

These policies are incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Promotions, discounts & availability

Promotions, discounts, gifts, referral offers, and limited-time pricing may be subject to additional terms. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. We may modify or end an offer where permitted by law.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities by person, household, order, geographic region, or other reasonable criteria.

Intellectual property

The website and its branding, product names, design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to CLRTY and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Reviews & submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You may not submit misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful content.

You grant CLRTY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove content but have no obligation to do so.

Third-party services & links

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, subscriptions, fulfillment, analytics, communications, and other functions. Third-party websites and services operate independently and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices outside our control. A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee that website access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that all content will always be current or complete.

Individual responses to dietary supplements vary. We do not guarantee a particular result from using a product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLRTY Supplements LLC and its members, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website, services, or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CLRTY for the product or order giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLRTY Supplements LLC and its affiliates, members, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any rights and venue protections available to you under applicable consumer law.

Changes, severability & contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
